Log Splitter Double IPA
Hops: Warrior, Citra, Mosaic
Malt: Ale, Munich, Wheat, Toffee
Yeast: American Ale
Assertively hopped with Citra and Mosaic hops, our flagship Double IPA is bursting with flavours and aromas of citrus and tropical fruit. With a nice malt backbone and firm bitterness, this beer is beautifully balanced and will have your begging for more. Be careful though, weighing in at 7.6%, Log Splitter will hit you like a log to the head.

Crafted with a simple malt bill and fermented clean with WLP001, Hatchet has a lovely hop profile that isn’t overpowered by the malt. Lots of late hopping and a massive dry hop using a myriad of American hops makes this a tropical fruit bomb. Hatchet is dry, soft, and has the perfect bitterness to give a very approachable and thirst quenching IPA.
Chain Brake Session IPA
Hops: El Dorado, Equinox, Mosaic
Malt: Pilsner, Rolled Oats, Flaked Barley, Flaked Wheat
Yeast: London Ale III
Chain Brake is a full bodied, full flavoured Session IPA. The combination of El Dorado, Equinox and Mosaic hops give aromas of pineapple and fruit salad, but the bitterness is a lot softer than our other IPAs due to a higher chloride to sulfate ratio in the water. With a low attenuating yeast and over 40% of the grain bill being flaked adjuncts, this beer had lots of body and a beautiful, hazy appearance. Chain Brake is the perfect beer to sit back on and drink all day.
We have a cellar door at the brewery which is open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday afternoons for takeaway sales.
Our 7 taps rotate between our core range of beer, special releases, experimental batches, and also a guest tap to support other local breweries.
Our counter pressure bottle fillers give our takeaway bottles a shelf life of up to 3 months when stored refrigerated. Either BYO bottle or purchase one here.
